    Campaign Description:

    Call Centers dial consumers within the target area and probe these consumers to see if they are in need of new windows and/or doors. leads must be within the Canada and meet the criteria specified below.

    When setting up dialler, the caller id or phone number of the customer needs to be displayed. Acceptable consumers are then transferred to a Scheduling Department where the appointment is confirmed and finalized.

    Minimum No of Agents: 15 Agents

    Call Center must possess the following functionality:

    · Predictive dialling
    · Ability to display a specific outbound caller ID that will be provided
    · 100% recording of all calls made
    · Retention of sales recordings for a period of 90 days
    · Call termination to any point in Canada with good audio quality aka HOT TRANSFER

    · Calling lists (leads) scrubbed against Federal Do Not Call Lists
    · Program overview
    · Scripts + rebuttals
    · CRM logins + data capture requirements
    · Training materials

    Hours of Calling
    Calling time is permitted Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday
    No calls are allowed on Sundays and Holidays.*
